Authors of accepted abstracts are invited to submit a full paper for inclusion in the program booklet that will be distributed at the Conference. (ISEC has traditionally referred to these as “extended abstracts.”)
Your paper is also eligible for inclusion in the ISEC 2013 Proceedings, following review and transfer of copyright. The ISEC Proceedings are to be published by the IEEE Xplore® Digital Library.
In order to provide sufficient time for review and printing, your paper must be uploaded to ScholarOne by May 15, 2013. Upload instructions will be provided shortly.
During the upload process, you will be asked to confirm your intention to have your paper published on IEEE Xplore. Authors who wish to publish their papers in the proceedings will be provided with complete instructions for final paper submission and copyright transfer by June 17, 2013.
If you choose not to submit a Conference paper, your original abstract will be included in the Conference program booklet in its place. However, abstracts will not be included in the Xplore publication.
Authors must adhere to the following guidelines:
- Use the ISEC 2013 Paper Template (US Letter format). Attention Latex Users: Click here for the LaTeX template & instructions.
- Be sure to include your unique presentation ID in the header space. Your presentation ID was sent to you along with the invitation to submit your paper.
- Paper must not extend 3 pages.
- Paper must be written in English.
- Upload your paper no later than May 15, 2013. This deadline is firm. Additional upload instructions will be provided shortly.
- Accepted files for uploading are Word or PDF format only.
Submit your extended abstract/full paper here. Uploaded papers will be reviewed by the Program Committee, which reserves the right to reject papers that do not conform to these guidelines.
